offered by the State Board of Elections. The Acrobat Reader is free to
download and provides everyone with a standard means for viewing and printing
online documentation and forms.

After saving the above file, open it in order to install the
Reader and configure your web browser to use .pdf files. Once the Reader is
configured for your browser, return to the download page and select the
document or form you wish to view and/or print.
