For committees required to file electronically, paper filings will not be acceptable and reports will only be considered received by the Board once they are filed electronically.

Therefore, a paper filing by a committee mandated to file electronically may not be considered a valid filing and civil penalties will be assessed if the committee has received the mandatory electronic filing notice detailed in Section 100.150 of the Board Rules and Regulations.
