Vendor – A recipient of funds which provides goods or a service for a fee on behalf of or in opposition to a candidate or proposition. A vendor is the recipient of funds reported on a Schedule B for Part 8 general expenditures. A vendor shall also be reported by name and address on a Schedule I when an expenditure has been made by someone else for the benefit of the reporting committee.
