The State Officers Electoral Board (SOEB) recessed on April 21 and will reconvene at the call of the Chairman. Please check this site periodically for notice of the time, date and location of the next SOEB meeting. Case management conferences were held on April 21 between the parties and the respective hearing officers. Meetings of the SOEB can be attended in person at either the Board’s principal office located at 1020 S. Spring Street, Springfield, Illinois or the permanent branch office located at the James R. Thompson Center, 100 W. Randolph. These two offices are linked via conference call so access can be had at either location.
